From Butter to First Bite: The Story Behind A Bakery

01 — Project details

My aim was to improve the customer's understanding of the client’s business by completely reworking their About page content.

02 — Creative process

“This is so good.”
That was my cupcake‑hating husband after his first bite from The Bakery.

Most cupcakes don’t get that reaction. They come with a margarine‑like aftertaste, a dry, chemical flavor, and frosting that’s just too sweet.

The Bakery started from a simple belief: life is too short for poor‑quality baked goods. Low‑quality ingredients mean a low‑quality experience. So they use European butter, high‑quality flour, and small‑batch baking to make cupcakes you actually want to finish.

When you open a box from the bakery, it isn’t just dessert or a sweet treat. From the first bite to the last crumb, it looks, feels, smells, and tastes as if it came from a high‑end European bake shop, not the grocery store aisle.

The only difference is the cost of the plane ticket!

03 — Results

We managed to achieve a 12% improvement in weekday sales by telling a story about the process, not the final product.
