Between covering shifts because of staff challenges, keeping up with finances and bank demands, and dealing with supply chain issues, there was no space left to think. And it showed in the communication going out to the team and to customers.
When the team started asking why emails were going out at 2 a.m., it was clear something had to change. That’s when they decided to bring in outside help.
I took all the communication creation, editing, and final‑draft work off the owner’s plate. They still had final go/no‑go on what went out, but they no longer had to spend late nights trying to write it all.
Now the hours that used to go into rework or trying to unwind a confused message go back into running the business — the work they’re actually best at.
